My 30-day return policy allows for the return of unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Used or final sale items are non-returnable. If anything goes awry with your order such as an item arriving damaged or not showing up at all—please email me at hello@adriennemorris.com so I know if you want a replacement or refund. Shipping times to your location vary based on the size and type of your order. Standard orders of fewer than five items ship the same day via USPS Ground Advantage if placed before 1:00 PM CDT, typically arriving within 2–5 business days. Members of my Art Snail Mail Club can expect their First-Class Mail deliveries within 3–5 business days of their scheduled mailing date. Retailers placing bulk or wholesale orders should review my production timeline, as these larger quantities require additional lead time before they are ready to ship.

I ship within the USA. I don’t ship internationally yet. My art business is still growing, so this may change in
future years.
